Cancellation of appointment should be made 1 working day (at least 24 hours) in advance; otherwise, the quota for the scale and polish procedure will be deducted automatically (if applicable).
取消預約必須於 1個工作天（最少24小時）前通知，否則有關洗牙服務次數的限額（如適用）將由系統中自動扣除。

Please be punctual for your appointment. When a member is more than 15 minutes late, his/her appointment will be cancelled. The quota for the scale and polish procedure will be deducted automatically (if applicable).

Dental services are provided from Monday to Saturday.

Terms & Conditions:
診所職員出示電子禮券，由診所職員輸入兌換密碼以完成兌換。
- e-Voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
電子禮券不可退款、不可轉讓及不可兌換現金。 - e-Voucher must be redeemed before the expiry date stated on the voucher and cannot be extended after expiry.
電子禮券必須於禮券所列的有效期前兌換，逾期不可延期。 - Appointment is required for all packages. Walk-ins are not accepted.
所有套餐均須提前預約，恕不接受即場登記。 - Members are encouraged to book early to ensure redemption before the expiry date.
建議會員儘早預約，以確保於有效期內完成兌換。 - e-Voucher can only be redeemed once and must be presented electronically at the clinic.
