1. Book an Appointment 预约
Advance appointment is required. Please contact the clinic directly to make a booking before visiting. Walk-ins are not accepted.

2. Present Your e-Voucher 出示电子礼券
Please present your e-Voucher to the clinic staff upon arrival. The clinic staff will enter the Redeem PIN shown on the e-Voucher to complete the redemption.
到达诊所后，请向诊所职员出示电子礼券。诊所职员将输入电子礼券上显示的兑换密码，以完成兑换。

- People who never receives Hepatitis B Vaccine or vaccinated person with inadequate antibodies diagnosed
- Household contacts and sexual partners of HBV carriers
- International travelers in HBV endemic areas
- Hepatitis B vaccine is administered in three injections at 0, 1, and 6 months
Hepatitis B is caused by a viral disease. Virus can cause a lot of liver cell to death and damage liver function. Most infected people will become lifelong carriers of the virus and they will develop chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis, and even liver cancer in the future. According to statistics, about 8% of the population of Hong Kong is hepatitis B virus carrier.
Hong Kong SAR government has offered free injections of Hepatitis B vaccine to infants born in Hong Kong after 1988. However, those locals born before this year have not had enough protection. Therefore, it is necessary for this group of people to receive Hepatitis B vaccination.
Vaccine Information
- Approximately 90-95% of people will achieve long-term protection after completing three injections.
- Customer must provide a valid Hepatitis A/B screening report (Conducted within 6 months) to the medical center to determine the appropriateness of taking the 1st dose vaccine.
- Not applicable to people who has been infected by Hepatitis B virus.

Adverse reactions
The hepatitis B vaccine is very safe. Other than some redness and soreness at the site of the injection, side effects are rare. It's an inactivated (killed) vaccine, so it can't cause the infection itself.
Contraindications
Those who have hypersensitivity to yeast or any other component of the vaccine should not receive the vaccine.

Booking Requirement 預約要求
Customers must make an appointment by phone or WhatsApp after successful payment and within the validity period of the order. Walk-in appointments are not accepted. Customers must present valid identification documents and the order confirmation/e-Voucher when booking and receiving the service for verification.
客戶付款成功後，須於訂單有效期內透過電話或 WhatsApp 提前預約。恕不接受即場登記。客戶於預約及接受服務時，須出示有效身份證明文件及訂單確認資料／電子禮券，以作身份及服務核實。 -
Validity Period 有效期
All health check plans are valid for 6 months from the date of payment, unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page. Customers must complete both the booking and service within the validity period. Expired orders will be considered void and cannot be extended.
所有健康檢查套餐的有效期為付款日起計 6 個月，除非相關產品頁面另有說明。客戶必須於有效期內完成預約及接受服務。逾期訂單將視為失效，恕不延期。 -
e-Voucher Redemption 電子禮券兌換
The e-Voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash. It can only be redeemed once and must be presented electronically at the clinic.
電子禮券不可退款、不可轉讓及不可兌換現金。電子禮券只可兌換一次，並須於診所接受服務時以電子形式出示。 -
Early Booking 建議提早預約
Customers are advised to book early to ensure that the service can be completed before the expiry date. For health check services, customers are advised to book at least 2 weeks in advance. For Saturday appointments, at least 4 weeks in advance is recommended.
建議客戶儘早預約，以確保可於有效期內完成服務。健康檢查服務建議至少提前2星期預約；如需預約星期六，建議至少提前4星期預約。 -
Health Check Arrangements 健康檢查安排
Certain examination items, including X-ray, ultrasound, exercise ECG and bone density scan (DEXA), may need to be arranged at designated specialist clinics. The availability of individual examination items is subject to the relevant product package and clinic arrangements.
部分檢查項目，包括 X 光、超聲波、運動心電圖及骨質密度檢查（DEXA），可能需要於指定專科診所進行。個別檢查項目的供應須視乎相關套餐內容及診所安排。 -
Vaccination Arrangements 疫苗接種安排
Vaccination services are subject to vaccine availability, medical staff availability, applicable age requirements, health condition and assessment by a doctor or healthcare professional. Customers must follow any pre-vaccination requirements or instructions stated on the relevant product page.
疫苗接種服務須視乎疫苗供應、醫護人員安排、適用年齡要求、客戶健康狀況及醫生或醫護專業人員的評估。客戶須遵從相關產品頁面所列的接種前要求及指示。 -
Service Eligibility and Medical Assessment 服務資格及醫療評估
If a customer is assessed by medical staff as unsuitable for a vaccination or service, the Company may adjust, postpone or cancel the relevant service in accordance with the medical assessment and applicable arrangements.
如客戶經醫護人員評估後不適合接受相關疫苗或服務，公司可根據醫療評估及適用安排調整、延期或取消相關服務。 -
Unused or Declined Services 未使用或拒絕的服務
Any tests or services included in the package but declined or unused by the customer are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services.
套餐內任何由客戶拒絕或未有使用的檢查或服務，均不可退款或更換為其他服務。 -
Additional Services 額外服務
Any treatment, examination or service not expressly included in the purchased package will be charged separately at the prevailing rates of the clinic/company.
任何未有明確列於所購套餐內的治療、檢查或服務，均須按照診所／公司現行收費另行支付費用。 -
Reports and Documents 報告及文件
Health check reports are generally issued within 2 to 4 weeks after the examination, subject to the specific tests and examination arrangements. Customers should collect their reports within 1 year from the examination date.
健康檢查報告一般於檢查完成後2至4星期內發出，實際時間視乎所進行的檢查項目及相關安排而定。客戶應於檢查日期起計1年內領取報告。 -
Cancellation, Changes and Refunds 取消、更改及退款
Once an order has been confirmed, cancellations, changes or refunds are generally not accepted. Any request for refund due to special circumstances will be subject to the relevant product terms and approval by the Company.
訂單一經確認，一般恕不接受取消、更改或退款。因特殊情況提出的退款申請，須根據相關產品條款並經公司審批後處理。 -
Adverse Weather 惡劣天氣安排
When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning is in force, service arrangements may be affected. Customers should refer to the Company's official announcements for the latest arrangements.
當八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號或黑色暴雨警告生效時，服務安排可能受到影響。客戶應參閱公司官方公告，以了解最新安排。
