Terms & Conditions

1. Please present the e-Voucher to the clinic staff, who will enter the Redeem PIN to complete the redemption.
   診所職員出示電子禮券，由診所職員輸入兌換密碼以完成兌換。

2. The e-Voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
   電子禮券不可退款、不可轉讓及不可兌換現金。

3. The e-Voucher must be redeemed before the expiry date stated on the voucher. Expired vouchers cannot be extended.
   電子禮券必須於禮券所列的有效期前兌換，逾期不可延期。

4. Advance appointment is required for all packages. Walk-ins are not accepted.
   所有套餐均須提前預約，恕不接受即場登記。

5. Members are encouraged to book early to ensure redemption before the expiry date.
   建議會員儘早預約，以確保於有效期內完成兌換。

6. The e-Voucher can only be redeemed once and must be presented electronically at the clinic.
   電子禮券只可兌換一次，並須於診所兌換時以電子形式出示。

7. Services are provided subject to the clinic's availability, clinical protocols, professional standards and operational policies.
   服務須視乎診所的供應情況，並按照診所現行的臨床程序、專業標準及營運政策提供。

8. Any tests or services declined or unused under the package are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services.
   套餐內任何被拒絕或未使用的檢查或服務均不可退款或更換為其他服務。

9. Any treatment or service not expressly included in the package will be charged at the clinic's prevailing rates.
   套餐未有明確列明的任何治療或服務，將按診所現行收費另行收費。
