Staff Rewards Program - #WOW Points

Terms & Conditions

This Point Rewards Scheme (hereinafter referred to as “the Scheme") is offered by Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd. to its employee at its sole discretion and is only open to staff who has enrolled into the Scheme by Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd.

Employee(s) participating in the Scheme, can earn reward points (hereinafter referred as “the #WOW Points") through their monthly Sale Performance and by campaign basis. Thereafter, they may utilize available #WOW Points to redeem items offered by the selected merchant(s) of Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd., subject to the terms and conditions (hereinafter referred as “Terms & Conditions”) herein set forth and availability of the redeemed item.

Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to modify and change any of these Terms and Conditions governing the Scheme; including but not limited to, the conditions of membership, the rules and regulations in earning and redeeming #WOW Points, including the value of each #WOW Points that may be earned or redeemed, the expiration policy of the #WOW Points, and the products and services of which the #WOW Points may be earned and redeemed, at any time without prior notice and at its absolute sole discretion.

Your continued participation in the Scheme constitutes of your acceptance of any changes made to these Terms and Conditions. 

Definitions

  1. “Member” refers to a person who has enrolled by Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd. and registered himself/herself with the Scheme and is eligible to login into the system to administrate and/or redeem the #WOW points.
  2. “The #WOW Points” means the rewards points which is awarded and credited by Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd. to its Member. #WOW Points accrued in the Scheme has no cash or monetary value.
  3. “The Scheme” means the Staff Rewards Program scheme, an employee loyalty programme owned and administrated by Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd.
  4. “Points’ Balance” is the net remaining number of points available and redeemable in the member’s account.
  5. “Wish List” is a location for member(s) to save those rewards that he/she is interested in on temporary basis; and it is available to be used while member’s status is logged in or logged out.
  6. “Shopping Cart” is a location for member(s) to save the rewards that going to be redeemed with the functionality of providing an overview of selected rewards and the required #WOW Points to redeem the said redemption(s). Logged in status is required to access this function.
  7. “Terms and Conditions” is indicating these terms and conditions of the Scheme.
  8. “We”, “Our”, “Us”, “the company” or “the website” refers to Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd. or its website.
  9. Any term or condition which is not otherwise included herein shall persist its general effectiveness in accordance to the common business practices.

 Data Privacy and Security

  1. Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd. is committed to safeguarding the personal data provided by the Member.
  2. Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd. may collect, use, retain, disclose, transfer (including cross-border transfer), secure and access the personal data of the Member in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the official website of Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd.
  3. Any Member can at any time send a request to bizsupport@mayflower-gbt.com together with his or her contact details to stop receiving any promotion and/or marketing collaterals or to start receiving the same, should the Member has ever unsubscribed from receiving such materials before.

Registration and Enrolment

  1. Only selected employee of Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd. is eligible to participate in the Scheme.
  2. Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd.’s employee(s) is required to register herein as a Member to participate in the Scheme. The membership of the Scheme is complimentary.  
  3. Upon registering to the Scheme’s membership, you are bound to accept and agree:

(i) to provide accurate, current and complete information;

(ii) to maintain and promptly update your information;

(iii) maintain the security of your account;

(iv) not sharing your account credentials with others; and

(v) promptly notifying us should you’ve discovered or otherwise suspected any breach of security regarding your account.

  1. Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd. will send a confirmation email with the default password to member(s) once a member(s) has successfully registered.
  2. Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd. reserves the absolute right to refuse offering scheme’s membership to any person without providing any reason.
  3. It is made known that infringement of any right and benefit of any party, regardless is personal identity and/or account information are strictly prohibited.

 

Earning of Points

  1. Member(s) can earn and accumulate #WOW Points through his/her Sales Performance each month and by campaign organized by Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd.
  2. #WOW Points will be awarded to Member by Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd. based on sales performed monthly and credited to Member’s account by 7th of every month after verification. For campaign basis, the #WOW points shall be awarded at the end of campaign period after result being finalized.
  3. #WOW Points shall only be awarded to Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd. employee(s) who is employed permanently and/or under fixed contract with at least 12 months of employment period.
  4. The #WOW Points will not be awarded to employee who has tendered the resignation effective from the same date of which the notice period is starting to count. However, the unutilized #WOW Points which is accumulated prior to the notice period, the employee is eligible to utilize it until the last day of serving at the company.
  5. The #WOW Points earned is non-exchangeable to cash and not transferable.
  6. Every #WOW Point earned is valid to be utilized within your employment period with Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd. The balance of #WOW Point is to be checked at “My Profile > My Redemption History and Points”.
  7. All the #WOW Points awarded and credited are deemed final and at the absolute discretion of Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd., no further arguments or verifications will be entertained.

 

Redeeming of Rewards

  1. #WOW Points are eligible to be used by the Member for redemption purpose.
  2. Member(s) is responsible to ensure there are sufficient #WOW Points available for redemption. Redemption cannot be made in the event of insufficient #WOW Points is contained within the corresponding Member’s account.
  3. #WOW Points is not redeemable for cash or to any item which is equivalent to cash.
  4. Member(s) is required to submit the points redemption request within this website and the #WOW Points shall only be deducted from the corresponding Member’s account upon received of the redemption request.
  5. Once a redemption request is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be changed or canceled. Official confirmation email on the delivery arrangement will be sent to the registered email address within three (3) working days.
  6. Photo(s) and value(s) featured herein is strictly for reference only and may not reflect the actual product(s) and the actual value of such product(s). Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd. is not liable and shall not be held any liability for the discrepancy of such, for both the displayed product and product value, against the actual product and actual value of said product.
  7. The rewards redeemed are non-replaceable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
  8. Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for any unavailable of the reward item listed.
  9. Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd. reserves the absolute right to add-in or replace any reward item offered as a redemption option at any time and anywhere as it deems fit, without any prior notice.
  10. The displayed value(s) shown for the redeemable item on the #WOW Points website is strictly for reference only. Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd. is not liable and shall not be held any liability for the discrepancy in term of value(s) shown on the #WOW Points website against the actual market value of such reward item.
  11. Should there be any issue or defect found upon received of the redeemed reward item, Member(s) shall make a report to bizsupport@mayflower-gbt.com within forty-eight (48) hours from the receipt of the reward item.
  12. Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd. is not liable and shall not be held any liability for any loss, destruction, and/or damages to the reward item arising out of the misconduct of Member’s act and/or omission. Any such correspondence or request for an exchange and/or return will not be entertained.
  13. All redemptions made shall be further subjected to the company’s final acceptance and the terms & conditions of the respective selected merchant(s).

 

Delivery

  1. Delivery of reward item to the given address is subjected to additional cost/expense which is to be borne by the member(s), unless otherwise stated within the details of reward item which delivery is included.
  2. All these charges shall be imposed according to the defined areas and fees as stipulated by the selected delivery company. Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd. shall not be held any liability to any dispute which may arise from the delivery service in between the delivery company and its member(s) in any event.
  3. For reward item supplied/provided by Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd., the item is to be collected within the company during office hours, and as for branches or offices which is not addressed in Head Office, delivery through dispatch services will be arranged at company’s cost.
  4. All redeemed items supplied by Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd. are to be collected within one (1) month from the date of redemption accepted. Uncollected redeemed item after the stated collection period shall be forfeited.

Tax Liability

  1. Member(s) is liable to any personal tax liability that may arise from the participation in the Scheme and redemption of any rewards.

 

Termination and Suspension of the Account and Membership

  1. Termination of membership by employee of Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd. under the Scheme is not applicable. Whereas, the membership of all the employee of Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd. under the Scheme shall be deemed automatically terminated once the employment of the employee is ended with the company.   
  2. Upon termination of the account and membership, all the accumulated #WOW Points within the respective account shall be forfeited and all the incomplete delivery order of redeemed reward(s) item(s) and/or any other benefits in relation to the account and membership shall be withdrawn.
  3. The terminated account and membership under the Scheme shall be re-activated again if the same employee is re-joining the company thereafter.
  4. Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd. reserves the absolute right to terminate and remove the employee’s account and membership under the Scheme should there is any breach of these Terms and Conditions, applicable laws and general commercial practices found, including but not limited to any dishonest behaviour, ill-intended conduct and any other act which is deemed leading to the harm of interest of any party.
  5. Points accumulated in the suspended/terminated account is not allowed to be utilized for redemption of any reward item until the said account is being released and/ or resumed condition to its normal status.

General

  1. Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd. assumes no responsibility for any loss or cost incurred for whatsoever reason, arising and/or resulting from the redemption of the reward item.
  2. These Terms and Conditions are only construed in English and all parties are agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions herein set forth once they have started to use the service under the Scheme.
  3. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and constructed in accordance to the jurisdiction laws of Malaysia.
  4. In the event of any dispute arising out of the Scheme, the decision of Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd. shall be deemed final. All queries or disputes regarding these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by Mayflower Corporate Travel Services Sdn. Bhd. at its sole discretion.
  5. Any other issue/ event which is not being stated and/or to have included within these Terms and Conditions, shall be governed by the jurisdiction laws of Malaysia and/or according to the general commercial practices.
