Terms and conditions
  1. Guaranteed day delivery service for sending documents and packages to recipients nationwide with an online tracking. Monitor your delivery status with ‘Track & Trace’ system via smart phone application  "Track & Trace" and www.thailandpost.co.th orTHP Contact Center 1545.
  2. Maximum weight: 20 kgs.
  3. Compensation for loss or damage caused by the postal service will be payable according to its actual value within the maximum amount of 2,000 THB. In case of more insurance needed, sender can use insured service with extra fee at the maximum amount of 50,000 THB.
  4. Domestic EMS delivery standard with effect from the date of posting: -
    • Bangkok Metropolis and its vicinity  (Nonthaburi, Patum Thani and Samut Prakarn) : next day no later than 12.00 hrs. or 16.30 hrs.
    • Bangkok to other regions and other regions to Bangkok: next day no later than 16.30 hrs.
    • Within the same region: next day no later than 16.30 hrs.
    • Other destinations: within 2 - 3 days
