Appointment booking required for health screening, walk-ins are not allowed. We advise to call and book your appointment early to ensure redemption of your Evoucher before its expiry date. Indicate "Tribe" during appointment booking.

Vouchers can only be used at the approved clinics given below.

All health screening packages must be redeemed within the expiry period mentioned on the voucher.

Vouchers are not refundable, cannot be replaced or extended if expired, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Voucher can be used only once for redemption at the clinic.

Evoucher copy must be presented for redemption, voucher printout will not be entertained.

Any optional add on test will be on cash payment at the clinic
